How do I reset my password?

Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page. You'll receive a reset link by email.

Can I sign up on the mobile app?

No. The mobile app is for signed-in account holders only. Please sign up at app.compendro.com first, then log in on the mobile app.

How do I manage my subscription?

All subscription settings are managed at app.compendro.com/account. There is no in-app purchase - billing is handled entirely on the web.

How do I save a page from my browser on mobile?

Tap your browser's Share button and select Compendro from the share sheet. The page will be saved to your queue immediately.

Why isn't my saved URL appearing?

If you're offline, the item is queued locally and will sync automatically when your device reconnects to the internet.

How do I delete my account?

Account deletion can be requested from app.compendro.com/account. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
