What's your refund policy?

Yes. Cancel from your account settings whenever you want. You keep access until the end of the month or year you paid for.
What happens to my saved items if I cancel?
You keep full access until the end of your paid billing period. After that, your saved items remain in your account, but you need to resubscribe to read them or use other product features. You can still export your bookmarks, resubscribe, or delete your account.
Can I switch between Monthly and Yearly?
Yes. Cancel your current plan and choose the other one when your paid period ends. To switch sooner, email support@compendro.com and we will help.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. The price you see is the price you pay. VAT is included.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your saved items are visible only to you. We don't sell or share your data, and you can export or delete everything from your account at any time.

What is an AI credit?
One credit covers the summary, tags and category of one saved article. Articles over 5,000 words use two. A video or podcast with captions uses one credit. Without captions, the transcript uses one credit per 5 minutes of audio, up to 2 hours. Every plan includes 85 credits a month.
